To provide a diaphragm pump capable of reducing pulsating flow generated during repeat of intake air and exhaust air, as much as possible.

This diaphragm pump has pump chambers 20A, 20B, 20C and 20D with intake valves 16 and exhaust valves 18 where diaphragms 14 are extended, and a diaphragm vibration means 22 that vibrates the diaphragms 14 in order to repeat an intake stroke for sucking air from the intake valves 16 to the pump chambers 20A, 20B, 20C and 20D and an exhaust stroke for exhausting the air in the pump chambers 20A, 20B, 20C and 20D through the exhaust valves 18. In addition, the diaphragm pump is equipped with an intake port 24 capable of sucking the air supplied to the intake valves 16, and an exhaust port 26 capable of exhausting the air exhausted from the exhaust valves 18. Between the intake valves 16 and the intake port 24, an intake chamber 50 where a vibration means 53 that vibrates when air is led is provided. The air sucked from the intake port 24 is supplied to the intake valves 16 via the intake chamber 50.
