Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a diaphragm seal unit portion replaced easily, to enhance maintainability, and to cope with various kinds of processes.
SOLUTION: This diaphragm seal type differential pressure measuring instrument provided with the diaphragm seal unit via a connecting pipe sealed with a sealing liquid in a differential pressure measuring instrument main body is provided with a seal attaching and detaching means provided in the connecting pipe, and for attaching and detaching a midway portion of the connecting pipe under the condition where the connecting pipe is sealed with the sealing liquid, a sealing liquid expansion and contraction means provided in the connecting pipe in a differential pressure measuring instrument main body side compared with the seal attaching and detaching means, or in the measuring instrument main body to be communicated with the sealing liquid, and for absorbing expansion and contraction of the sealing liquid, and a communication blocking means for communicating or blocking the communication between the sealing liquid expansion and contraction means and the sealing liquid.
