Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for extrusion with which a tubular member having a variable thickness in which thickness part is integrally on an outer surface of a place where requires reinforcement is integrally extruded and an extruding method of a tubular member having variable thickness.
SOLUTION: This die is composed of at least a 1st fixed die 11 for constituting the hollow part of the tube, 2nd fixed die 13 having a fixed forming hole 12 with which the max. thickness part of the surrounding tube is demarcated and a 1st moving die 15 which has a moving forming hole 14 of approximately same size as the fixed forming hole 12 and freely slidably attached to the 2nd fixed die 13 and a 2nd moving die 16 which is freely slidably attached so as to cross this 1st moving die 15 and, by relatively sliding each moving dies 15, 16, the thickness part is formed on the tubular member.
