To suppress the excessive temperature rise even of a protruded part having in a cavity due to a molten metal to be injected/filled.
At a clamped state of a die consisting of a fixed die and a moving die 13, a cavity 27 is constituted between these. A cylindrical core 45 corresponding to a cylindrical hollow part of a casting (switching actuation body) is arranged to the moving die 13, a fitting hole, in which a core pin for small hole forming is retractingly moved through, is arranged to a midway part of the core 45. A chase 42 forming the cavity is recessed to a shape material 26 of the moving die 13, a runner 28, in which the upper end is made to a sprue 28a communicating to the chase 42, is formed. The upper end part of sprue 28, e.g. the position deviated from the care 45/care pin, is made to a configuration spreading upward in a folding fan shape (injection angle θ), the molten metal injected from the sprue 28a is not brought in direct contact with the core 45/core pin but is butted on other walls of the cavity inner wall part of the cavity and then is reached to the core/core pin.
