Abstract:
To provide a compact drive train capable of particularly simple, optional driving of two axle shafts via a differential gear.SOLUTION: A differential gear (2) comprises: an input side (18) that can be rotated about an axis of rotation (16), which has a rotary drive contour (36) for rotary drivable engagement with a drive wheel and pinion gears (28, 30) that can be rotated about a pinion axle (26); and an output side (24) that can be rotated about the axis of rotation (16), which has a first axle wheel (32) and a second axle wheel (34) which are in rotary drivable engagement with at least one pinion gear (28, 30). The input side (18) has a rotary drive section (20) on which the rotary drive contour (36) is provided, and a support section (22) on which the pinion gears (28, 30) are arranged. The rotary drive section (20) and the support section (22) can optionally be brought into a rotary drivable connection with one another by means of a shiftable pawl freewheel (64).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
