Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of the external appearance of an entire camera and to improve convenience by providing a liquid crystal display panel turnably coupling with one end of a camera main body and a lens housing independently turnably inserted.
SOLUTION: This digital still camera is constituted of the camera main body 1 where various function keys 1a are installed, the lens housing 3 equipped with a photographing lens 3a, and the liquid crystal display panel 2 equipped with a display part 2a displaying a video from the lens 3a. One side part of the main body 1 is coupled with one side part of the panel 2 through a coupling pin 4, and the pin 4 is turnably inserted in a coupling pin insertion part 11 formed at the respective one-side parts of the main body 1 and the panel 2 so as to fold the panel 2 and the main body 1. The housing 3 is arranged at one side part of the main body 1 and one side part of the panel 2 corresponding thereto and a turning space part 5 where the housing 3 can turn is formed.
