PURPOSE: To minimize the scatter of discharging quantity due to the change of the boom swinging positions by making the boom to fully swing up to the pile side end at the opposite side of the road floor and swing back, only once of several swinging times.
CONSTITUTION: During several swinging times toward the opposite side of the road floor, the first time swinging t1 and the second time swinging t2 are followed by swinging back at the predetermined position (swing angle θ1) before reaching the pile side end 3b at the opposite side of the road floor. If full swing up to the pile side end 3b followed by swinging back is allowed only once tn during several times swinging n, the raw material quantity grasped by the wheel bucket 2 in the one swinging time corresponds to the 2n t1 times of the quantity grasped in the ordinary swinging cycles, resulting in the reduction of material shortage. Therefore, the scatter of discharging quantity due to the change of the boom swinging positions can be minimized.
