CONSTITUTION: In an LCD display device 2, a touch switch 3 is incorporated, and a guest can select a desired dish menu display on a screen by pushing the screen with his fingertip. In the LCD display device 2, usually a television program or a video program from a video input device 4 is telecast, but when a guest sits down to a table 1, and selection of a menu is prepared, it is switched to a display of a dish menu from a menu video device 6 in which the dish menu is recorded by switching a changeover switch 5. Subsequently, data of a dish name selected by the touch switch 3 is transferred to a kitchen by a transfer device 7, and displayed by a selected dish display device 8. Also, by transferring this data to a register 9, a charge can be calculated in advance.
