Abstract:
According to an aspect of the present invention, a drive control apparatus is provided. The drive control apparatus receives a transmission signal, where a plurality of control signals is superimposed on a power transmission voltage, through an electric wire and drives and controls a device to be controlled. A detection frequency is set in the drive control apparatus. One of the plurality of control signals is a control signal for controlling the device to be controlled. The frequency of the control signal is close to the detection frequency. The drive control apparatus includes a drive voltage generator which generates a first drive voltage from the power transmission voltage of the transmission signal and drives the device to be controlled, a detection current generator which generates a detection current whose frequency is the detection frequency, a magnetic element through which the detection current flows and which generates an output corresponding to a result of multiplication of the detection current and a current flowing through the electric wire, and a signal processor which detects the control signal for controlling the device to be controlled from the output from the magnetic element and controls the device to be controlled based on the control signal.
