Abstract:
To provide a drive device that can generate high driving force, and can achieve a large oscillation angle.SOLUTION: A drive device 100 comprises: a first rotating body 23; a second rotating body 22 that is arranged outside the first rotating body 23, and supports the first rotating body 23 rotatably around a first rotation axis AX1; a supporting body 21 that supports the second rotating body 23 rotatably around a second rotation axis AX2; a circuit CK that includes, on the second rotating body 22, a first and second coils CO1 and CO2 facing each other across a crossing point CP, and a third and fourth coils CO3 and CO4 facing each other across the crossing point CP, being arranged in each area on the same flat surface divided into four parts by the first and second rotation axes AX1 and AX2 around the crossing point CP of the first and second rotation axes AX1 and AX2; electromagnetic field giving means 12 that gives to each of the coils CO1 to CO4 an electromagnetic field in a direction parallel with a coil surface CS. A first drive signal S1 is applied to each of the coils CO1 to CO4 in a positive phase, a second drive signal S2 is applied to the first and second coils CO1 and CO2 in the positive phase, and to the third and fourth coils CO3 and CO4 in a reverse phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
