To provide a drive force transmission device that can suppress variance in transmission torque due to a change in oil temperature by a simple and low-cost configuration without requiring a complicated configuration and control.
The drive force transmission device includes: a clutch mechanism for frictionally engaging a pilot inner clutch plate with a pilot outer clutch plate and a main inner clutch plate with a main outer clutch plate where oil is interposed between the clutch plates, to connect an outer case and an inner shaft which are rotatable relatively to each other; an armature magnetically attracted by magnetic force; an electromagnetic coil 26 that is energized to magnetically attract the armature and allows the clutch mechanism to operate; and a drive circuit 27 for feeding a current to the electromagnetic coil 26. The drive circuit 27 includes a resistor 70 connected in parallel with the electromagnetic coil 26. The resistor 70 has temperature characteristics of changing the resistance value thereof according to a change in oil temperature so as to suppress a change in coupling transmission torque associated with the change in oil temperature.
