To obtain a drum brake device which can obtain a braking force of a predetermined magnification of a brake operating force stably even if friction characteristics between a drum and a brake shoe are changed and can prevent the size of a wheel cylinder from getting larger.
There are provided an input detecting means 42 for detecting a fluid pressure of a master cylinder 37 as an input value, an output detecting means 44 for detecting an anchor reaction at barking as an output value, solenoid valves 45 and 46 which can control fluid pressure supply form the master cylinder 37 to a wheel cylinder 35, and a control circuit 48 for controlling the solenoid valves 45 and 46 based on a detection signal of the input detecting means 42 and the output detecting means 44, and the solenoid valves 45 and 46 are controlled so that the output value is controlled to a predetermined magnification of the input value for the control circuit 48.
