To provide an elastic contact capable of preventing an edge of a suction nozzle from being detached from a suction face.
An elastic contact 1 comprises a base part 12, a contact part 2 and a supporting spring part 6, and a protrusion 8 is provided at a communication end 7 of the contact part 2. A suction nozzle 19 is displaced from a suction face 3. When the edge of the suction nozzle 19 rides on the protrusion 8, a pressing force of the suction nozzle 19 is applied to the supporting spring part 6, so as to elastically deform the supporting spring part 6 and change a relative position of the contact part 2 (protrusion 8) and the suction nozzle 19. The protrusion 8 is inclined, and therefore, a reaction force for relatively moving the edge of the suction nozzle 19 into the protrusion 8 reacts. Thus, the elastic contact 1 moves in an emboss 16, and the edge of the suction nozzle 19 is displaced from the protrusion 8. Displacement between the suction nozzle 19 and the suction face 3 can be dissolved, so as to prevent the edge of the suction nozzle 19 from being detached from the suction face 3.
