Abstract:
PURPOSE: To materialize downsizing, weight reduction, and cost reduction, and make the removal of a casing with a simple jig possible by bending the peripheral section of an end bracket to the side of a blower, and making it the support for the casing, and also, passing a screw for fixation of the end bracket through a housing enough.
CONSTITUTION: For a motor part 2, a rotor 6 and a stator 7 are arranged within a housing 4 and an end bracket 5, and for an air blower part 3, an fixed guide vane 13 is arranged at the end bracket 5, and a centrifugal impeller 14 is fixed to a rotary shaft 8. Here, the peripheral end of the end bracket 5 is bent to the side of the air blower part 3, and a casing 15 is press-fitted and supported by the periphery (a). Moreover, a screw part (c) for fixing the end bracket 5 projects enough from the housing 4. Hereby, an air blower 1 can be downsized and also the casing 15 can be removed using a simple jig, making use of the projection of the screw part (c).
