To provide an electric steering control device, in which torque steering is properly reduced without being affected by vehicle travel states such as advancing and turning.
Based on acceleration operation quantity detected by an acceleration operation detection means M3 and turning state quantity detected by a turning state detection means M4, a torque steering reducing torque target value is determined (M5). Based on the torque steering reducing torque target value, torque steering reducing torque is provided to reduce torque steering. For example, an electric motor MT is controlled by a motor drive control means M6 in accordance with the torque steering reducing torque target value Tts added to an auxiliary torque target value Tps provided for power steering control.
