The electrical equipment control device 102 is mounted on a hybrid car and controls electrical equipment 30 that receives power from a battery 17 when an engine 11 is at halt. The control device 102 comprises: an operation device 25 that inputs operation instructions for electrical equipment; a storage implement 26 that stores operation instructions therein; and controller 21. The controller 21 stores the key operation in the storage implement 26, when the gasoline engine of the hybrid car is at halt and a user has performed a key operation via the operation device 25, and performs foregoing functions, when it is determined that supply of voltage to the electrical equipment 30 is sufficient enough to perform functions in correspondence to the key operation.
