Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize an electrically-driven fluid pressure type linear actuator suitable for precise positioning without backlash during motor inversion.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an electrically-driven fluid pressure type linear actuator. Gear pumps 31 and 32 are provided in each of two ports of a double-acting hydraulic cylinder. The two pairs of gear pumps 31 and 32 are disposed in parallel with a rotation axis and store therein ports connected to the double-acting hydraulic cylinder oppositely to the inside. A case in which deceleration gears 34 and 35 interlocking a motor with the two pairs of gear pumps 31 and 32 are accommodated comprises a bearing that supports rotary shafts of gear pump gears. The gear pump gear is supported at two points of the deceleration gear case and the bearing that is provided in the gear pump case. On a gear pump accommodation surface of the gear pump case, a seal rubber that is accommodated in a recessed groove that is punched while surrounding the two pairs of pumps is provided, and the cylinder is elongated/contracted by discharging/sucking the two pairs of gear pumps 31 and 32 that are interlocked with the motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
