Abstract:
To provide an electro-thermal power generation device capable of storing acquired thermal energy without loss and taking out the thermal energy at optional timing for conversion into electrical energy and having a thermal passive section capable of achieving reductions in weight and film thickness without need for a large-scale thermal storage apparatus or a system capable of sealing a thermal storage material.SOLUTION: The electro-thermal power generation device includes at least an electro-thermal conversion section composed of an electro-thermal conversion material and a thermal passive section on a substrate in this order. The electro-thermal conversion section has a high temperature side in contact with the thermal passive section and a low temperature side not in contact with the thermal passive section. Moreover, the electro-thermal power generation device is configured so that the high temperature side and the low temperature side are electrically connected and so that the thermal passive section includes a thermal storage/discharge material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
