Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-chemical machining device capable of efficiently performing electro-chemical machining while preventing an electrode and a machining object material from causing short circuit.SOLUTION: An electro-chemical machining device 100 includes: a cylindrical electrode 12; a direct-current power supply part 16 that applies a voltage between the cylindrical electrode 12 and a decontamination object material M with conductivity via an electrolyte L; and a short-circuit prevention member 13 that is arranged between the cylindrical electrode 12 and the decontamination object material M, and which has insulation properties for preventing the cylindrical electrode 12 and the decontamination object material M from causing an electrical short circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
