PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production system and a production method enabling suppression of reduction in productivity even when producing a plurality of kinds of products.SOLUTION: A production system 1 includes: a plurality of working robots 11-14 performing work allocated to a workpiece 100; conveying robots 15 performing conveyance of the workpiece 100 among the plurality of working robots 11-14; and controlling parts 15a, 22 controlling conveyance operations of the conveying robots 15.
