Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode manufacturing facility and an electrode manufacturing method capable of stabilizing the film thickness of an electrode material after pressing so as to be within a certain range.SOLUTION: An electrode manufacturing facility 1 comprises: a coating device 10 for coating an electrode material P on the surface of a transported electrode foil M; a film thickness adjusting device 20 for adjusting the film thickness of the electrode material P applied by pressing the electrode foil M to which the electrode material P is applied and transported; a film thickness measuring device 30 for measuring the film thickness of the coated electrode material P; and a controller 40 for obtaining a specific film thickness, among the film thicknesses of the coated electrode material P measured by the film thickness measuring device 30, from a film thickness data group obtained during the sampling time, the film thickness data group being an integral multiple of the first film thickness variation cycle by the coating device 10, and controlling the adjustment operation of the film thickness adjusting device 20 on the basis of the specific film thickness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
