Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode structure and a touch panel capable of preventing degradation of the visibility of images.SOLUTION: A touch panel 100 includes: a transparent substrate 101; transparent electrodes 103, 104 formed on the transparent substrate 101; and a protection film 200 formed over the transparent electrodes 103, 104. In a plane opposite to the transparent substrate 101 in a protection film 200, the density of annular concaves which are concave to the transparent substrate 101 side is 6/0.25 mor less, and the diameter of the concave is 100-1200 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
