Abstract:
To encourage the use of available frequency bands more reliably.SOLUTION: A communication unit communicates wirelessly using a predetermined communication method, a control unit determines whether communication radio waves in a predetermined frequency band can be used for the communication on the basis of at least a temporal change in the intensity of communication radio waves, which are radio waves received from a base station in the communication, the strength of communication radio waves from a preset base station, and the number of positioning satellites detected on the basis of positioning radio waves received from the positioning satellites.
