The mobile electronic apparatus with two cameras comprises: a first camera provided in a first surface; a second camera provided in the rear surface of the surface in which the first camera is provided; a light unit provided in the surface in which the second camera is provided; and a first camera control unit for controlling the first camera. The first camera control unit is started in connection with the start of the magnifier function, reads the facial expression of an operator of the apparatus, and issues an instruction necessary with respect to control information (light, sensitivity) to be controlled.
