In the electronic equipment 1, an intake port 12a is opened on the surface of a case body 10, an exhaust port 14a is opened on the surface of the case body 10, an air suction fan 13 is attached to the intake port 12a and an exhaust fan 15 is attached to the exhaust port 14a. An intake port 12b is opened on the same surface as for the intake port 12a, and an exhaust port 14b is opened on the same surface as for the exhaust port 14a. Air path switching valves 19 and 20 are switched so as to open the intake port 12a and the exhaust port 14a when the air suction fan 13 and the exhaust fan 15 are operated so as to open the intake port 12b and the exhaust port 14b when the air suction fan 13 and the exhaust fan 15 are stopped.
