Abstract:
To provide an attachment structure of an engine cover capable of enhancing a suppression effect of vibration and noise due to an engine cover by attaching at least a part of the engine cover to a cylinder head having high rigidity without using a special bolt.SOLUTION: As an attachment structure of an engine cover 16 that covers a cylinder head cover 15 attached to a cylinder head 6 of an engine 1, employed is a configuration in which on the exhaust side of the cylinder head 6, exhaust collecting parts (exhaust ports) 6a, 6b for merging a plurality of exhaust ports formed in the cylinder head 6 are provided, both end parts in a width direction of a support 18 straddling the exhaust collecting parts 6a, 6b are attached to the cylinder head 6, and a plurality of locations on the exhaust side of the engine cover 16 are attached to the cylinder head 6 via the support 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
