Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit abnormal combustion at low-speed heavy load due to a mixture droplet of fuel and lubricant.SOLUTION: An engine piston structure is provided with a reverse warp part 48 of which outer peripheral surface has a reduced diameter that is tapered from a side of a piston top part 41 toward a side of a top ring groove 43 at a top land 42 of a piston 40 to lead a gasoline-oil mixture droplet on a side of an inner wall surface of a cylinder bore 1c of which temperature is relatively low while regulating the gasoline-oil mixture droplet from scattering on a center side of a combustion chamber 2 from a clevis part 60, and inhibits ignition start in a combustion chamber space to prevent generation of LSPI.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
