Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report an error to a processor more efficiently by including a hardware element which is so adapted as to generate an error message when an error is detected and transferring the error message from the hardware element to a 1st specific process node of a decentralized computer system.
SOLUTION: A decentralized computer 100 includes process nodes 102 coupled with an interconnection network 104. Each process node 102 includes a processor 106 and a communication adapter 108. It is equipped with a hardware element of the decentralized computer system 100 which is so adapted as to generate an error message when an error is detected. This hardware element is so adapted as to transfer the error message to a 1st specific process node 102 of the decentralized computer system 100.
