Abstract:
In order to realize a vapor deposition mask whereby a light-emitting element can be vapor-deposited with good precision in a pixel in manufacturing of a display device, the present invention has the following configuration: a vapor deposition mask used to manufacture a display device, the vapor deposition mask being characterized by being constituted from a mask 50 for forming a deposit in a pixel, and a support frame 60 for supporting the mask 50, the support frame 60 being constituted from an upper plate 61 and a lower plate 62, and an adhesive material 63 for bonding the upper plate 61 and the lower plate 62, and the vapor deposition mask having a stopper 100 for preventing the upper plate 61 and the lower plate 62 from becoming misaligned from each other in the principal plane direction of the support frame 60 when a shear force is applied between the upper plate 61 and the lower plate 62.
