To provide an exercise support system, an exercise support device, an exercise support method, and an exercise support program, for enabling efficient sport training.SOLUTION: An exercise support system 1 comprises: a motion sensor device 10 for acquiring motion data on a motion state of a user A during training; a sleep sensor device 20 for acquiring sleep data on a sleep state of the user A at the time of sleeping after the training; an analysis device 40 that analyzes the sleep data acquired by the sleep sensor device 20 to calculate information on a length of REM sleep and, on the basis of the calculated information, sets a level of the next training; and a presentation device 40 for presenting a training content corresponding to the level set by the analysis device 40 to the user A for the next training.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
