Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate a filter unit from an upstream side exhaust pipe and a downstream side exhaust pipe and suppress radiation of heat from the filter unit to the surroundings.SOLUTION: Grip portions 29 are provided in a heat insulator 24. By gripping the grip portions 29 and moving a DPF 10 in a direction separating from an upstream side exhaust pipe 13 and a downstream side exhaust pipe 14, an operator can easily separate the DPF 10 from the upstream side exhaust pipe 13 and the downstream side exhaust pipe 14. The heat insulator 24 covers the entire circumference of an outer peripheral surface 21a of a case 21 of the DPF 10. This structure can prevent the situation where installation of the grip portion 29 on the outer peripheral surface 21a of the case 21 causes the grip portion 29 to become an obstruction that prevents the heat insulator 24 from covering the entire circumference of the outer peripheral surface 21a of the case 21. Therefore, radiation of heat from the DPF 10 to the surroundings can be suppressed by the heat insulator 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
