Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas treatment device and a vacuum heat treatment device capable of effectively separating adhesive material from exhaust gas at a low cost.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas treatment device 6 of this invention is installed in an exhaust pipe 3 which connects a vacuum carburizing furnace 2 for subjecting a workpiece to carburizing treatment by introducing hydrocarbon gas and a vacuum exhaust device 4 for sucking exhaust gas from the vacuum carburizing furnace 2 and discharging it, and includes a casing 10 having an inlet 10a and an outlet 10b of the exhaust gas, and blocking members 11-13 arranged in the casing 10 so as to block the flow of the exhaust gas in a main direction X. Passing openings 11a-13a penetrating a part of the blocking members 11-13 in the main direction X are formed in the blocking members 11-13 so as to separate the adhesive material from the exhaust gas by making the exhaust gas pass through the blocking members 11-13 from the inlet 10a to the outlet 10b.
