Abstract:
To provide an extrusion molding machine and a method for manufacturing ceramic plates using the extrusion molding machine which allows the prevention of spiral orientation of clay and decrease of latent distortion when extruding the clay.
The extrusion molding machine includes: a screw 102 for pressure-feeding the clay; a screw shaft 101 forming a shaft of the screw; an internal-ball supporting shaft 106 connected to the screw shaft; and an internal ball 107 connected to the internal ball supporting shaft. At least either the internal-ball supporting shaft 106 or the internal-ball 107 rotates reversely to the screw 102 when extruding the clay.
