To attempt to reuse e.g. aggregate from ready-mixed concrete or utilizing the aggregate again as a resource by carrying out dry treatment of the aggregate.
A facility for regeneration of return ready-mixed concrete consists of a stock yard 3 maturing the concrete and aggregate-regenerating equipment 12 recovering aggregate and so on. The equipment 12 consists of a crusher 5, a sizing machine 7 and a sieving machine 9. The sieving machine 9 sorts regenerated coarse aggregate 10 and regenerated fine aggregate 11. Fine aggregate and mortar can be recovered from the aggregate 11 by using a dry cyclone 30. The stock yard 3 may be equipped with a car-washing area 35, an aggregate-recovering apparatus 37, a dehydrating machine 54, etc. A method of managing regenerated aggregate gives regenerated aggregate belonging to the line of the person carrying return ready-mixed concrete by regenerating and recovering the aggregate according to the division standards of the yard 3.
