Title:
FAR INFRARED RADIATION HOT-AIR HEATER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3498544
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heater radiating far infrared radiation from radiating pipes heated to high temperature.
SOLUTION: Multiple radiating pipes 3 are erected in ring form on the upper plate 2a on the combustion chamber arranged on the upper part of a burner 1, an exhaust gas chamber 4 collecting combustion exhaust gas rising the inside of the radiating pipes 3 is arranged at the upper edge of the radiating pipes 3 and the environment is heated by the radiation of the far infrared ray outward from the multiple heat radiating pipes 3. An indoor air convection fan 5 is installed for blowing the indoor air to the upward of the top plate 4a of the exhaust gas chamber 4, the combustion gas rising the inside of the heat radiating pipes 3 is diffused along the lower surface of the top plate 4a and the combustion gas is mixed with the air flow blown by the indoor air convection fan 5 and blown out from the exhaust gas chamber 4 to the outside. A gas-guiding pipe 6 reaching from the upper plate 2a of the combustion chamber 2 at the center of the heat radiating pipes 3 arranged in ring form to the exhaust gas chamber 4 is arranged, a gas sensor 7 attached to the top plate 4a of the exhaust gas chamber 4 is protruded into the inside of the gas guiding pipe 6, and the reinforcement of the combustion chamber 2 and the detection of the combusting state of the burner 1 are enabled.
