To provide a feed-water system capable of substantially reducing the time and labor required for feed-water work in the case that water supply has been cut off in buildings provided with elevators.
The feed-water system is provided with both a feed-water means 11 provided for a first prescribed floor of a building 2, which is provided with an elevator at one end part, and extended downstairs from the first prescribed floor through a hoistway 1 of the elevator and a feed-water tank 10 for the time of water supply cuts and for supplying internally stored water for downstairs lower than the first prescribed floor via the feed-water means 11 by connecting to one end part of the feed-water means 11 at the first prescribed floor. The feed-water tank 10 is constituted in such a way as to be portable through the use of the elevator between the first prescribed floor and a second prescribed floor from which the feed-water tank 10 can be brought outside of the building 2 by removing the feed-water tank 10 from the one end part of the feed-water means 11.
