PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a laminate in which an adhesion force between a transparent conductive layer and a metal layer is secured sufficiently.SOLUTION: In the laminate including a metal layer on a transparent conductive layer, the ratio of a count number of second secondary ion comprising InOHto a count number of first secondary ion comprising InOon the interface between the transparent conductive layer and the metal layer is 0.030 or lower, when performing composition analysis of a laminate at prescribed intervals in the thickness direction of the laminate by using a time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometer.
