Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter and a filter device capable of efficiently filtering even fine foreign substance even if the time of the filtering work is made short, simply and safely filtering a liquid and being automated.
SOLUTION: The filter device is composed of a vessel 11 provided with a filter part 12 U-shaped in the cross-sectional view and a filter 40 housed in the filter part 12, the filter part 12 has a liquid feed port 13a formed on the upper surface and a filter outlet 18a formed on the under surface, and the filter 40 is formed by laminating plural pieces of filter papers 41 and folding them into U-shape at the center part. Because the foreign substance in a liquid is removed by being interposed between the filter papers 41 and the whole liquid is filtered by the filter paper 41, even fine foreign substance is surely removed from the liquid. The effective filter area per the volume of the filter is enlarged to improve the filtration efficiency and to form the filter 10 into more compact structure.
