Title:
FIN TUBE TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3687295
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin tube type heat exchanger being improved in heat exchange efficiency, by eliminating a dead water area.
SOLUTION: A heat exchanger is composed of a plurality of flat-plate fins 1, and a heat transfer tube 2 intersecting the flat-plate fins 1 perpendicularly. A plurality of slitlike cut-raised parts 3 are formed between fin curlers 1a of the flat-plate fins 1, so that the raised surfaces 3a thereof are made to be along the peripheral edges of the fin curlers 1a and that the horizontal surfaces thereof are made to be parallel, while projecting thread parts 5 projecting continuously are provided along the raised surfaces and formed in a streamline shape. Since these projecting thread parts 5 are extended almost to the leeward side of the heat transfer tube 2, the air flowing in can be guided to the lee of the heat transfer tube 2 smoothly by the projecting thread parts 5, and a dead water area can be eliminated.
