Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finishing oil for elastic fiber that has excellent scumming prevention and improves adhesion prevention performance between fibers in the production of elastic fiber.
SOLUTION: The finishing oil for elastic fiber comprises (A) a high-polymer organopolysiloxane having viscosity of ≥2,000 mm2/s as a 30 mass % solution in a xylene solvent, measured with an Ubbellohde viscometer at 25°C and (B) a base oil.
