PURPOSE: To always and stably carry out meandering control and film carrying by providing a means for adjusting a change in meandering speed caused by a temp. factor and an endurance change.

CONSTITUTION: A rocking lever 6 is set so as to be slide-switched in the direction of the allow D or E. When the rocking lever 6 is moved in the direction of the allow D, the displacing quantity of a tension roller 5 is increased, and the meandering speed can be increased. When the rocking lever 6 is moved in the direction of the allow E, the displacing quantity of the tension roller 5 is reduced, and the meandering speed can be decreased. Thus, even if the meandering of a fixing film is changed due to the temp. factor, durability, etc., the displacing quantity of the meandering control is changed, and the meandering speed of the fixing film can be properly adjusted, so that the stabilization of the meandering control can be realized. Thus, the damage of the fixing film can be minimized.
