To provide a thermally actuated switch which has a structure in which a displacement member is to be displaced in a convex shape to an outside, and can maintain a non-contact state between contacts of electrodes even if the displacement member recovers to a concave shape by external force.
The thermally actuated switch comprises a moving member which is arranged movably in a first direction from a second electrode side to a displacement member side, between a second electrode and the displacement member, whose one edge pushes to the concave displacement member so that the other edge pushes the second electrode and brings a second contact into contact with a first contact, and which moves in the first direction by a biasing force acting on the second electrode because of a convex displacement of the displacement member; and a regulation member which regulates the movement of the moving member in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction from a transmission possible position capable of transmitting pressing force from the displacement member to the second electrode, and cancels the regulation so that the moving member moving in the first direction by the biasing force deviates from the transmission possible position.
