Abstract:

PURPOSE: To shorten workhours by introducing prestress to the slab of a building structure, etc., with excellent workability.
CONSTITUTION: A slab is parted into the preceding placing division A and succeeding placing division B of concrete, a bearing plate 8 is arranged to the jointing section of successive pours 7, and un-bonded PC-steel stranded wires 1 are drawn in and wired to the bearing plate 8. The placing, curing and hardening of concrete in the preceding placing division A and the stretching operation of the un-bonded PC-steel stranded wires 1 are conducted, and prestress is applied to the preceding placing division. Wirings and the placing, curing and hardening of concrete in the succeeding placing division B are performed, and un-bonded PC-steel stranded wires 1' are stretched in the sections of pockets 3 formed in the preceding placing division and fixed onto the bearing plate 8. Accordingly, a pocket for stretching operation may not be formed in the succeeding placing division, thus improving workability.
