Abstract:
To provide a flame-retardant resin composition, a flame-retardant sheet or the like, which substantially does not use antimony trioxide and has excellent flame retardancy and cold resistance.SOLUTION: A flame-retardant resin composition contains (A) a polyvinyl chloride resin, (B) an aliphatic dibasic acid ester plasticizer as a plasticizer, and (C) (C1) a phosphoester compound and (C2) an endothermic inorganic compound as flame retardants. Relative to (A) the polyvinyl chloride resin 100 pts.wt., (B) the content of the plasticizer is a value in the range of 20-60 pts.wt., (C1) the content of the phosphoester is a value in the range of 6-15 pts.wt., and (C2) the content of the endothermic inorganic compound is a value in the range of 3-30 pts.wt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
