Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control valve which has a small number of components with a simple structure, which is easy to assemble, which can reduce cost, which has no pressure dependency on slide resistance of a seal part, in which a valve workability is favorable, and also, which can maintain constant slide resistance irrespective of a pressure difference between before and after the valve, and which can reduce a thrust force (torque) necessary for a valve operation.SOLUTION: A fluid control valve includes: a seal groove 110 formed on an outer periphery of a piston member 76; and an annular seal member 112 mounted on the seal groove 110. The seal member 112 includes: an annular seal member body 114 having elasticity and mounted on the seal groove 110; and an annular outer peripheral side seal member 116 fitted in the outer periphery of the seal member body 114, and coming into press-contact with an inner periphery 24a of a guide member 24. The outer peripheral side seal member 116 is configured by a material in which hardness is higher and slidability is more favorable than those of the seal member body 114.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
