Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a screw connector in the axial direction to easily expand and relax a connector such as a stud or the like by providing a non-rotatable tool element in such a manner as to only move in the direction unrotatably when a rotatable tool element is rotated round the periphery of a shaft.
SOLUTION: Under the operation of a fluid operating drive, a ratchet, clicks of which alternately rotates an outer sleeve 9 by the projections 10, is rotated, the outer sleeve 9 comes into contact with the lower end surface to the end surface 22 of an intermediate element 19, and is rotatable to the intermediate element 19. An inner sleeve 15 is kept unrotatable by a projection 14 and replaced only axially in response to the rotation of the outer sleeve 9. Accordingly, corresponding to the operation of the fluid operation drive, the inner sleeve 15 axially replaces a stud 1 to expand and relax the stud 1.
