Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable fire-resistant coating material composition which can be applied to a flexible base material and even to moving base materials used in automobiles and airplanes, and forms a coating film excellent in fire resistance efficiency and waterproof performance without impairing the flexibility of a base material after it is coated and dried.SOLUTION: The foamable fire-resistant coating material composition comprises: (A) an acrylic resin emulsion; (B) a phosphorus-based flame retardant in an amount of 65-200 pts.wt.; (C) a coating agent in an amount of 20-60 pts.wt.; (D) a carbonization agent in an amount of 15-100 pts.wt.: and (E) a flame-retardant filler in an amount of 15-55 pts.wt., each based on 100 pts.wt. of a resin solid content of the acrylic resin emulsion.
