Title:
FOCAL PLANE SHUTTER BRAKING MECHANISM FOR CAMERA
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3643426
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a focal plane shutter braking mechanism for a camera capable of braking both of preceding and following driving members by one braking member.
SOLUTION: Frictional resistance is exerted on the rotation of the braking member 14 by a leaf spring 19. At the time of driving for an exposure, the preceding driving member 9 is braked by the frictional resistance by pushing the abutting part 14a of the braking member 14 by a driving pin 9c in the completion stage of the traveling, and stopped in a state where the bent part 9b of the preceding driving member 9 is away from the end part 16a of a preceding driving spring 16 after it comes into contact with a column 1p. In the following driving member 10, its bent part 10d pushes the abutting part 14b of the braking member 14 in the completion stage, so that the abutting part 14a slightly turns the preceding driving member 9 in an opposite direction. Thus, the actuation of the following driving member 10 is braked by the frictional resistance and the inertial mass of a preceding sector group.
