Abstract:

To provide a food composition extremely enhanced in physiological activities of anserine, carnocine and balenine, in view of the fact that the physiological activity of the anserine is well known as reduction in serum uric acid level, fatigue inhibition and the like, and the carnocine and the balenine exert the same functional effect as that of the anserine.

The food composition contains at least one selected from the anserine, the carnocine and the balenine, and ornithine and its salt.
