Link pieces 13, 15 of forceps pieces 12, 14 are turnably fitted in a fulcrum shaft 10 which is bridged to a distal side of a supporting piece 8 of a supporting utensil 6, and an insulating spacer is fitted in a space between the link pieces 13, 15.
